Food was excellent! Staff was great and drinks were even better . Stop to dine last minute and they were very accommodating. Cherros are really good .

We have been going to Viva for 15 years and it never disappoints. The atmosphere is fun and casual, the service is always friendly and detailed, and the food is fabulous. There has not been one day in 15 years when they dropped the ball.
The nachos are amazing, served with generous beef and cheese, and the tacos are always heated with cheese melting on top. The fajitas come with generous portions of everything, and they serve warm chips with salsa when you sit down. I also love that they have small towels for napkins.
Always try the homemade guacamole. OMG, it's perfect!!! -

Not really Mexican food/cuisine... TexMex maybe, but still not good enough. Patio and locale is nice but room for improvement in service and food

The managers are racist here. Came to have some drinks and had an 18 year old friend with me - who was told to leave due to not being 21. As we turned to leave we notice he allows a 10 year old in to eat. I turned back and said what the heck and he tried to say it was because i was not my friends legal gaurdian. But my friend was 18 years old and therefore is a legal adult and that theres no way i could be his guardian. The real reason was obvious - the underage kid he let in was white and my friend is black. This place does not deserve any business until they clear up their racist practices, and by the looks of it theyre reviews suck anyways!

I've been going to Vivas for 15 years and each time it disappoints.
The food is average at best, bland but good variety of options.
Totally over priced. Nachos with chicken (chips, cheese, grilled chicken) is $17.95. That's a healthy 90% mark up for the restaurant...Dont get how the customer wins out here.
Margaritas...for Mexican restaurant it should be amazing but its pedestrian. Simple mix + Tequila, then serve is no bueno.
They haven't taken any steps to improve in 15 years.
Bartaco blows them out of the water.
